netcfg/link_wait_timeout. Thanks Julien Cristau for noticing.

We accidentally stopped supporting 486 processors in squeeze. Update
the documentation rather than fixing this, as it's clear that hardly
anyone cares. (See #766105.)
Update all the translations mentioning 486 that are currently not
fuzzy.
