Patch #8 from bug#855134: Remove old SGI platforms from supported hardware
section: sync translations.

This commit basically creates the AMD64 variant as a copy of the i386 manual.
Further commits will be needed to differentiate the AMD64 variant from i386 where needed.
Commit includes changes for all translations.

* Trying to remove the translation delta (getting in sync)
* Adding GPL
* Finishing the long standing charset transition for pt_BR, which
means that we are 100% UTF-8 ( or at least, we should be :-) )
* Adding translation notes in the new section (activating in the
next commit)
