Sync xml-based translations ca,cs,de,fr,it,pt_BR with en:
Move contents of 'Graphical installer' appendix to regular parts of the manual:
- chapter "D.6. The Graphical Installer" moved to 5.1.8
- chapter "D.6.1. Using the graphical installer" moved to 6.1.1
