po/: Add Makevars
Add project-specific gettext settings to "po/Makevars". Also, remove the "AM_XGETTEXT_OPTION" autoconf macro and use "XGETTEXT_OPTIONS" Makevars instead. Signed-off-by: Lukas Fleischer <calcurse@cryptocrack.de>
