 scroll_value: value for scroll: 'x' or 'y', followed by '+', '-', 'b' (beginning) or 'e' (end), value (for +/-), and optional %% (to scroll by %% of width/height, otherwise value is number of chars)
         list: list all bars
     listfull: list all bars (verbose)
    listitems: list all bar items
