core: add include comparison operators in evaluation of expressions
New comparison operators:
- "==*": is matching mask, case sensitive (wildcard "*" is allowed)
- "!!*": is NOT matching mask, case sensitive (wildcard "*" is allowed)
- "==-": is included, case sensitive
- "!!-": is NOT included, case sensitive
- "=-": is included, case insensitive
- "!-": is NOT included, case insensitive
