- Removed the OPTION BASH and ZSH. Despit he naming the files are
actually to generate shell completions functions rather then shell
completions function itself. Somehow I had a personalized shell
completion function in my dotfiles which took precedence which is why
I never found it out myself. [1]

Update a call to memcpy() because readdir() only guarantees memory up to
result+result->d_reclen is readable. Under certain conditions,
result+sizeof(struct dirent) landed in unmapped memory.
Most of the legwork to pinpoint the problem, as well as a solution
similar to the one applied here, was submitted by uratan@miomio.jp.
Martin Simmons <martin@lispworks.com> contributed to understanding the
problem and wrote a useful test case.

It was disabled (patched out) in July 2023 based on the pkg-fallout@
emails, nearly seven months after the last regression which could be
causing it had been fixed. Evidently, the cluster was running buggy
kernel for its port-building jails long enough to confuse people the
problem was still somehow exhibiting itself.
While here, assume maintainership, fix some DRY bugs in the Makefile,
and install the manpages under $PREFIX/share/man per new world order.
