Add VHDL Support & Newer Verilog Linters (#2229)
* Added VHDL file support with ghdl compiler
* Update ghdl.vim
* Create vcom.vim
* Create xvhdl.vim
* Update xvlog.vim
* Added documentation for VHDL & Verilog linters
* Added tests to VHDL & Verilog linters
