2022-07-12	Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)	sin-ack
	Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const* constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string. Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler versions. This opens the door to being able to remove StringView(char const*). No functional changes.

	This isn't a complete conversion to ErrorOr<void>, but a good chunk. The end goal here is to propagate buffer allocation failures to the caller, and allow the use of TRY() with formatting functions.

	This patch adds persistent indices to models. A PersistentModelIndex is a ModelIndex that will survive most model updates (provided that the data the PersistentModelIndex points to has not been removed by the model's data store). PersistentModelIndex objects can be safely held by objects outside the model they originated from.

	A C++ source file containing just #include <LibFoo/Bar.h> should always compile cleanly. This patch adds missing header inclusions that could have caused weird error messages if they were used in a different context. Also, this confused QtCreator.
