We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

Otherwise, we end up propagating those dependencies into targets that
link against that library, which creates unnecessary link-time
dependencies.
Also included are changes to readd now missing dependencies to tools
that actually need them.

We previously put the generated headers in SOURCES, which did not mark
them as GENERATED (and did not produce a proper dependency).
This commit moves all generated headers into GENERATED_SOURCES, and
removes useless header SOURCES.

This commit does three things atomically:
- switch over Core::Account+SystemServer+LoginServer to sid based socket
names.
- change socket names with %uid to %sid.
- add/update necessary pledges and unveils.
Userland: Switch over servers to sid based sockets
Userland: Properly pledge and unveil for sid based sockets

Moves more settings to GML to simplify construction and replaces
deprecated GML properties.

Previously Welcome relied on a bogus executable key value to disable
startup. This always printed an error on login and littered the config
file with a useless entry. Adding/removing the group as needed seems
a bit nicer.

This fixes the "Cancel" button on HackStudio's "New Project" dialog
being too small. It's also clearer what these actually are.

The new layout system conveniently calculates these for us now.
In the case of Mandelbrot where it needs to be overriden, make
sure to disable obey min widget size first. In EmojiInputDialog's
case, the window needs to be resized instead to center correctly.

Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).
No functional changes.

This is a bit of a hack, but it is an easy way to finally get spacers
into GML.
This will translate well if spacers are later to become child objects of
the continer widget.

Deduced this mostly by looking at unveil()s.

This makes the wrapper more like the rest in LibCore, and also
removes the annoying limitation of not supporting arguments.
There are three overloads one for String, char const *, and StringView
argument lists. As long as there are <= 10 arguments the argv list
will be allocated inline, otherwise on the heap.
|
|
Also moves WebContentClient and the references to the generated IPC
descriptions, since they are all components of OutOfProcessWebView.
This patch has no functional changes.

This brings the existing GML files up to spec with the new requirements
|
|
pledge_domains() that takes only one String argument was specifically
added as a shortcut for pledging a single domain. So, it makes sense to
use singular here.

Now that the GML formatter is both perserving comments and also mostly
agrees to the existing GML style, it can be used to auto-format all the
GML files in the system. This commit does not only contain the scripts
for running the formatting on CI and the pre-commit hook, but also
initially formats all the existing GML files so that the hook is
successfull.

This was used in a lot of places, so this patch makes liberal use of
ErrorOr<T>::release_value_but_fixme_should_propagate_errors().

Previously the argument order for Margins was (left, top, right,
bottom). To make it more familiar and closer to how CSS does it, the
argument order is now (top, right, bottom, left).

This replaces a bunch of very basic uses of posix_spawn() with the new
Core::Process::spawn().

Also mark them as [[nodiscard]].

This adds component declarations so that users can select to not build

Previously, AK::Function would accept _any_ callable type, and try to
call it when called, first with the given set of arguments, then with
zero arguments, and if all of those failed, it would simply not call the
function and **return a value-constructed Out type**.
This lead to many, many, many hard to debug situations when someone
forgot a `const` in their lambda argument types, and many cases of
people taking zero arguments in their lambdas to ignore them.
This commit reworks the Function interface to not include any such
surprising behaviour, if your function instance is not callable with
the declared argument set of the Function, it can simply not be
assigned to that Function instance, end of story.

Since applications using Core::EventLoop no longer need to create a
socket in /tmp/rpc/, and also don't need to listen for incoming
connections on this socket, we can remove a whole bunch of pledges!

...and make it an enum class so people don't omit "OpenMode".

Let's stick to the theme of "the most obvious name possible"
|
|
This was a cute application for its time, but it's far too jokey and
non-serious for how I'd like this project to treat itself.

|
Now that WindowServer broadcasts the system theme using an anonymous
file, we need clients to pledge "recvfd" so they can receive it.
Some programs keep the "shared_buffer" pledge since it's still used for
a handful of things.
|
|
This is needed for the new way we transfer window backing stores.
