We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

The lack of this action caused a bug in my original patch
(https://github.com/SerenityOS/serenity/pull/16004) that appeared when
accessing a site that redirected the client and it was the first site
the client loaded.

This function replaces the current history entry with a new history
entry.

The Browser::History class is oblivious to the state of the browsing
context's session history over on the LibWeb side. We need to hook a lot
more thing up here, but for now just ignore updates when there's no
current history item. This fixes a VERIFY() error on startup.

Adds page title to the context menu for go back/forward.

Right clicking on back or forward will now show a context menu with
URLs to navigate to. Also added an optional argument for the number of
steps in go_back() and go_forward().

When reloading a page multiple times, it was also added multiple
times to the history. This commit prohibits an url to be added
twice in a row.

SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

This was done with the `ambr` search and replace tool.

(...and ASSERT_NOT_REACHED => VERIFY_NOT_REACHED)
Since all of these checks are done in release builds as well,
let's rename them to VERIFY to prevent confusion, as everyone is
used to assertions being compiled out in release.
We can introduce a new ASSERT macro that is specifically for debug
checks, but I'm doing this wholesale conversion first since we've
accumulated thousands of these already, and it's not immediately
obvious which ones are suitable for ASSERT.
