Subject: * src/split.h (find_last_frame): prototype now correctly reflects the
 actual function.

* src/events.c (configure_notify): ignore substructurenotify
events. Add more debugging statements.

* src/actions.c (cmd_focuslast): pass the current screen to the
call to find_last_frame.
