2016-02-23all: Clean up includesPeter Maydell
Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers which it implies are not included manually. This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes. Signed-off-by: Peter Maydell <peter.maydell@linaro.org> Reviewed-by: Eric Blake <eblake@redhat.com>

2012-11-15vnc-palette.h: Include <stdbool.h>Eduardo Habkost
<stdbool.h> is needed for the 'bool' type, used in the header. The header is probably being included by accident because some other headers are including qemu-common.h, but those headers should eventually stop including qemu-common.h. 2011-02-23vnc: palette: add palette_init callsCorentin Chary
This allow to use palette on the stack instead of always allocating them. Signed-off-by: Corentin Chary <corentincj@iksaif.net> Signed-off-by: Anthony Liguori <aliguori@us.ibm.com>
2011-02-23vnc: palette: use a pool to reduce memory allocationsCorentin Chary
We now that the palette will never have more than 256 elements. Let's use a pool to reduce malloc calls. Signed-off-by: Corentin Chary <corentincj@iksaif.net> Signed-off-by: Anthony Liguori <aliguori@us.ibm.com>
2010-07-26vnc: tight: stop using qdict for palette stuffCorentin Chary
Profiling with callgrind seems to show that a lot of time is spent in the palette code (mostly due to memory allocation and qdict to int conversion). This patch adds a VncPalette implementation. The palette is stored in a hash table, like qdict, but which does way less memory allocations, and doesn't suffer from the QObject overhead.
