This is an autogenerated patch using scripts/switch-timer-api.
Switch the entire code base to using the new timer API.
Note this patch may introduce some line length issues.

Analogously to other NICs, we have to inform the network layer when
the can_receive handler will no longer report 0. Without this, we may
get stuck waiting on queued incoming packets.

kept in hw/.

them to subdirectories of hw/.
