Rename the public ptrace_* functions.
Unlike in C, we have namespacing in Rust. Renaming the functions allows us to avoid a `use nix::sys::ptrace::*` in favor of `use nix::sys::ptrace` and then calling, for example, `ptrace::traceme()`
