As was correctly pointed out by Luca Monducci, there already was a para in

administrativa to acknowledge translators (which is a better place for it anyway).
- Uncomment existing para in administrativa and add condition about-langteam
- Rename condition bookinfo-langteam to translation-status
- Update all lang-options and XML-based translations to avoid changes on rebuild
- Update README in lang-options
