Move around inside calcurse screens.
The following scheme summarizes how to get around:

                               move up
                        move to previous week

                                 k K UP 
       move left                  ^  
 move to previous day             |
                      h H LFT

                                           l L RGT 
                                  |            move right
                                  v         move to next day
                                 j J DWN 

                          move to next week
                              move down

Moreover, while inside the calendar panel, the '0' key moves
to the first day of the week, and the '$' key selects the last day of
the week.
