Since version 4.032 (04/2020) verilator linter messages also contain the column number, and look like: %Error: /tmp/test.sv:3:1: syntax error, unexpected endmodule, expecting ';' To stay compatible with old versions of the tool, the column number is optional in the researched pattern regular expression. ESLint 6 loads all plugins/configs/parsers relative to the project root which, by default, is the directory in which ESLint is invoked, as described in [ESLint RFC 2018-simplified-package-loading]. Therefore, ALE should run ESLint from the project root, when possible, so that dependencies will load. This commit does so.
